Valentina Sounds (Valentina Raffaelli) is an Italian born/Philadelphia based singer-songwriter.
Coined as "therapy pop", Valentina Sounds' music brings in a refreshing and hopeful spin on themes that touch everyone's lives: love, anxiety, depression. Sarcastic, fun, catchy and upbeat, Valentina draws you in with her powerful vocals, compelling arrangements, and heartfelt lyrics.
Valentina's debut album, "Bring On The Fire" caught the attention of local and national publications, such as Americana Highway and American Songwriter Magazine.
New single "Wake Me Up" coming out April 19 at 8pm!
"Wake Me Up" is positive and uplifting, although the inspiration for the song comes from experiencing a near-death accident that prevented Valentina from singing and playing for nearly a year. The song spins this traumatic event and ongoing recovery into a message filled with empathy and hope
