About The Event
For over 30 years, Delaware Friends of Folk have kept the tradition alive with their legendary pick-ins—starting in cozy living rooms, spilling into local restaurants and bars, spending 8 years at Blue Earl Brewing, and most recently jamming at Double D Taphouse north of Dover.
👉 And now—we’re bringing the magic to Sussex County!
This isn’t your average open mic—it’s an open acoustic jam session rooted in the Irish “seisiún” tradition. Picture a circle of guitars, mandolins, fiddles, banjos (yes, even banjos! 😉), hand drums, reed instruments, and more, all weaving music together. Got a bass or keys? Bring a small amp and jump in!
