Former marine biologist turned comedian Forrest Shaw gives a voice to the ocean and trust me, it has some things to say.
The Ocean Hates You! is a live science-comedy show. This isn't a lecture with a few jokes. It's a stand-up comedy show built on real science that makes complex environmental issues funny, accessible, and memorable.
The show dives into pollution, overfishing, climate change, plastic, and all the many ways humans have managed to trash the most important ecosystem on Earth.
Through a mix of stand-up, real science, and a healthy dose of dark humor, Forrest breaks down how we got here and why the ocean has every right to be annoyed. But it's not all doom. The show also celebrates the incredible life still thriving beneath the waves and the practical actions people and communities can take to protect it.
