About The Event
The Shandies are Shannon Stine (vocals/guitar) and Natalie Wlodarczyk (vocals/guitar), a married female folk duo who have become a staple of the vibrant local music scene in Springfield, MO since they formed in 2016. Their sound incorporates folk, rock, and pop influences marked by their signature âfresh-squeezed harmony.â The Shandiesâ fourth album, "If You Knew Me," was released in July 2023 and took their sound to a new level of production while keeping the same eclectic songwriting style they have become known for by their local fans. The Shandies have shared the stage with Mary Gauthier, Katie Pruitt, The Ozark Mountain Daredevils, and Sarah Lee Guthrie and were chosen by the Springfield Sister Cities Association to perform in Isesaki, Japan in 2019. Their song "I Won't Be Back" was a finalist in the 24th Annual Great American Song Contest.
